About

The Center was founded in 1989 on the initiative of specialists and parents with the purpose of helping children with special needs. We strive to help special-needs people with realizing their right to rehabilitation, an education, and a worthy life. Over the years more than 10,000 children and their families have been helped at the Center.

All the work of CCP is aimed at helping each child find his or her way in life: from diagnostic and early help to equipping them with skills and professional training and aiding their integration into society.

The legendary French actor turned out to be very outspoken, energetic and lively. The instant the enormous Gerard entered our little center he filled it with his powerful energy. ’Salut! And where are the children?‘ — He immediately asked. Gerard asked questions about the children receiving aid in the CCP, their problems, needs and how the professionals work with them.
